NEW YORK:
George Bush may have come and gone trying unsuccessfully to lay his hands on terror mastermind Osama bin Laden, but it seems he’s a piece of cake for Die Hard hardman, Bruce Willis, who claims he’s already shot him in the face in one scene in Grindhouse.
The film, produced by Robert Rodriguez and Quentin Tarantino, features Willis as a hard-boiled soldier who patrols “a termite’s nest of caves on the Afghan border” in search of the America’s most wanted terrorist.
He says that the film shows him sending bullets in bin Laden’s mouth and chest. “For once our intelligence was right on the money. We turned a corner and — bam! — there he was. I put a bullet in his face and two more in his chest,” the New York Post quoted him as saying.
Willis is a two-time Emmy Award-winning and Golden Globe-winning American actor and singer. He came to fame in the late 1980s and has since retained a career as both a Hollywood leading man and a supporting actor, in particular for his role in the Die Hard series.
